Here I learned the connection between mind & body. I learned that our perception of the world creates our world, and how to change it.

Yoga & Meditation

I am a 200HR certified yoga teacher. To me, yoga means connecting to the self in a way that supports true understanding and acceptance. Rooted in alignment, my classes are vinyasa flows with specific cuing to ignite the inner fire and bring awareness to the natural energies of the body and surrounding world.
